Order Processing & Transit Times

• Order Processing Time: Orders are processed, packed, and handed to carriers within 1 to 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Belgian statutory holidays).

• Estimated Transit Time:

  • Standard Delivery: 7 to 15 business days depending on the destination region and local postal handling.

Tracking Your Package

Once your shipment has left our facility, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your shipment tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking activity to register on the carrier's portal.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes

F.G. OCCASE is not responsible for external customs delays or import fees, tariffs, or taxes applied to international shipments. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
